Third Party PROFIBUS Device for Siemens DCS

How to configure third party PROFIBUS supported device in SIEMENS SIMATIC PCS7 DCS i.e how to install gsd file of third party device and how to exchange the data between these two devices..

Siemens PDM (Process Device Manager) appears under the path:
Distributed Control System PCS 7 > System Components > Engineering System > PDM (Process Device Manager)
so one would assume that PDM is available to PCS 7 users.
