Means your professor wants you to study and come out with the solution. Else it would have been him, and not you who would have posted the question.

Please do your home work yourself.

Study the properties of both the materials with reference to application: You must be aware the critical property that is required for the bourdon tube? check the property

a) That is better for which material.

b) Is the inferior material meeting the requirement? is cheaper?

c) Is the superior material meeting the requirement?

Decide - clearly writing down the logic flow.

can not give further hint.
