12/22/2009 3:35 PM

Runs forward but stalls out when trying to go in reverse.

Anyone know why?

Drop the pan and see if the filter fell out of it's hole.

Flush the fluid and see where that leaves you. It could be a trans. position switch locking out the ignition module or not telling the PCM to adjust for a loaded condition.

it sounds like a electronic or switching problem locking up you toque converter when you put it in reverse.
