I can only suggest that you employ an Engineer with some 20 odd years experience in this industry to lead your project/joint venture. I do not know of any quick fixes, and trying to copy someone else's design is a recipe for disaster if you do not know why it was designed and built that way.

I think I did mistake. Just ı want to get some knowladge from sample project. that is not mean ı will apply same project which is you send me. and you r right about working with experienced engineer. Nevertheless thank you. still ı will continue to search sample project
