Flat End Closure Design

Any one can give me steps for flat head type end closure which can be bolted while testing. So how to calculate the stresse i.e. bending & tensile induced in end closure.

The end closure is completely blank i.e. without bore.

But I want kind stresses comes while testing on end closure, bolts etc

I want step by step calculations.

If you have that (already made) then please.
