Non-Carcinogenic Weld Through Primers

i need to use a weld through primer, but i was informed that deoxaluminite had been found to be carcinogerous, can anybody advise me as to which other aluminium based primer i can use?

I have not seen this allegation on an MSDS. Where did you get the information that Deoxaluminite is carcinogenic?
