For Chlorinator, you need Chlorinated water generator in which Chlorine is dissolved into water at ppm level. This is a continuous process. Such produced Chlorinated water is added through precise rotameter or injected using metering/dosing pump. Alternately ready made/bought out 'hypo solution' is also used.

Is caustic needed for your water project? Lean caustic solution can be dosed thorough metering pump as well.

Well, you are looking for recent technology, will RO help you out?
