I have a 1999 dodge ram van 5.2 it has to warm up before the truck will shift have already replaced the speed sensor

As I recall, the Dodge transmissions will not pump fluid untill the gear selector has been moved; that is to say, on a cold day (after startup), shift into neutral for a few seconds, then back to park, then let her warm up This will start the fluid circulating. I am uncertain when this started, but I think '99 is in the range.

Now, Mopar has this selected this function for a reason... please be careful!
