This specification covers carbon steel castings for valves, flanges, fittings, or other pressure-containing parts for high-temperature service and of quality suitable for assembly with other castings or wrought-steel parts by fusion welding.

It has 3 grades 1) WCA 2) WCB 3) WCC (Selection is based on design & service condition, mechanical & temp).

CS 1.0619 is equivalent of ASTM A216 Gr WCB which can be also referred as BS1504 Gr ?

CS 1.0625 is is equivalent of ASTM A216 WCC which can be also referred as BS1504 Gr ?

BS 3100 Gr A2, A1 is for general purpose casting.

BS 1504 is for casting used in pressure.
