Double Adhessive Sheet for Bonding PTFE Sheet

I used to use a double sided adhesive paper to mount photos and i was able to buy that in large sheets. Its' brand was JAC. Before use follow all of Lynlynchs' directions.

You can use double side self adhesive tape coated with Water Based Pressure Sensitive Adhesives which is compatible with PTFE on one side, and steel on the other side.

We are manufacturing such tapes in India and can supply you the exact specifications of your requirement. The other equivalant shall be 3M tapes.

However, we are offering a much better bond strength and our products are RoHS Compliant also (same as 3M). RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Compliance requires that 6 dangerous chemical groups are below the specified level and is an American standard.

Can you say what kind of application this is. Will there be lateral motion of a large mass on it or is it for a cookie sheet? Some PTFE comes in a porous version which sticks well with contact cement.

Perhaps you will need to contain it with a lip on the stainless steel.

What ever you do, cover it with a film used in aerospace to apply a vacuum and remove all of the air possible for maximum adhesion.

How thick is it? Thick enough to allow small sheet metal screws to be attached from the SS side?

The teflon sheet which is 3mm thick will be used as loading plate of Palletising machine for stacking of PP bagged product. You're right we can fix it with a taperred head screws on the SS plate after putting the contact cement.
