Need basic materials for LT Panel design

Hi Experts, I would like to get some nice links or material or study case for designing LT panel. I am planning to design basic LT panel initial than go to complex one. Can anyone suggest me what precaution, methodology, standard, manufacturing quality i need to take care when i am designing LT Panel. Also in future, i would like to add some automation in LT Panel. Would it preferable or not? Automation is my strongest area and having a great experience on that. Thanks and Regards, Tejas

Thanks for your reply. I don'y mind to join your training program but it would be really helpful if i have some field experience so i can get 100% efficiency from your program. Also I am in Gujarat so plz could you let me know about your location? Regards, Tejas
