What makes you think that you can start a manufacturing company? What are your qualifications? Do you have financial backing? Any manufacturing experience?

Usually, when a person decides to start a company, they have at least a vague idea of how to manufacture the product they want to produce.

Do some basic research. Maybe how it's made.com or something. The actual act of making a lug seems rather elementary. Do you have a handle on the rest of it?

I think not.

Am I doomed to spend the rest of my life having to give you GAs instead of being grouchy myself? What time zone do you live in?

Since you appear to have the resources, contact a technical recruiter (headhunter)and hire a manufacturing engineer with the proper experience. Maybe a plant manager to begin planning the facility. The trick is to hire people currently building lugs for some successful company.

While someone here may choose to provide some ideas about lug manufacturing, perhaps excluding potential competitors, if you are serious about starting a company hire competent help.

Good luck to you.

This request is outside the abilities of the CR4 users and the purpose of this forum. This is saying it as politely as I (we) can.

Perhaps you should start with something simpler in a far less generic and populated market than electrical lug manufacturing.
