dimension of the nut for M20 bolt

What is the metric dimension for a M20 nut measured from flat to flat. Any web sites with this type info. Thanks all!

A number of sites of hardware sellers do include a mechanism to specify bolts and nuts dimensions, and the commercially available ones. I like to use www.mcmaster.com for example.
