Do you need a mail client?

can you just access your email using gmail, hotmail, yahoo, ect, ect...

There are many web based ways to store & organize your email.

Go to windows update and replace the IE 6 with IE7 or 8

windows (IE) 6 mail is not a secure program and Microsoft is urging users to upgrade to the newer versions.

Except all the new options during the upgrade process...

Do you mean to except (not use) or accept (use)?

Go into browser "settings" and change language to (back to) English (in familiar style)...or whatever language you've been speaking online if not English. The "error" you posted above has kind of a Latinic look and feel... ala Espanol.

Can you translate it in English please?

As much I could understand that POP3 & SMTP settings are not correct . Ask the Dial-up or Broadband supplier for settings.

<<< invalid command', Port: 110, Security (SSL) >>>>

Port for mail is normally 80 which is non-SSL

But every server may have different settings

See samples of POP3 & SMTP and Server settings
