Metal Densities for Thermowell Calculations

01/29/2010 11:02 PM

Goodday All,

Can anyone assist with tables or information regarding the metal density values used for conducting Wake Frequency Calculations for the design of thermowells? Also I'm looking for the formulae/procedures used in the calculations/thermowell design, I got something from WIKA but the spreadsheet is locked.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

The link was actually a more of a brochure, as mentioned before I was able to get from WIKA a spreadsheet that is used to determine the Wake Frequency and the frequency ratio so that I can verify some designs once I have all of the process data, but I wanted to get the details of the calculations.

Thanks anyway.
