Generally in between bearing pump the thrust bearing are located at NDE side, but why the Thrust bearings are located at DE side in Between bearing supported Induced Draft Fan ?

The thrust bearing location is guided by following factors.

1) Thrust load is not transferred to the motor

2) Thermal expansion
3) direction of thrust load.

Re: Thrust Bearing Position

The position of the thrust bearing is chosen so that any growth of either casing or shaft or both will create the smallest amount of axial movement at the coupling.

Once you have grasped this concept you can work out the answer for yourself for your specific applications.

An example would be a multistage boiler feed water pump. The thrust bearing could be located at the non drive end. When heated, the shaft then tends to "grow" towards the coupling, but at the same time the casing is allowed to grow away from the coupling (the feet are allowed to slide). End result is that the coupling remains roughly in the same place.
