Specific Gravity and Density Volume

now some times specific gravity and density is used to fill up the volume of any liquid or we can say it both tell us range of volume by calculation which is used in beverages companies during filling now if we fill two bottles one which is calculated as density other one is calculated by specific gravity now what is difference between these two filled volumes?
