Radiation by Reflection

02/08/2010 10:59 PM

Hi All

I want to design an Infrared Oven in which about 10 IR bulbs having 150W power each will be used .The problem is that the objects are hand formers made of porcelain. The hand formers are considered as complicated dimensionally .

How can I distribute IR energy uniformly on many formers in the oven ?

Any reflective design is useful ?

This sounds like a clear cut case of convection! Conclusively!

OK

Convection oven is suitable but this oven is being designed for research purpose &

as a pilot oven for production with searching cost effective procedure .

What do you think about Gas Infrared Oven for the situation .
