for designing AHU you should know 1) heat load, RH, and ventilation %, WBT & DBT

You might get a better response if this was in the Mechnical Engineering Section.

2720 sq. meters = 29278 sq. ft.

Where is this office so we know the climate data? State, city, and elevation.

How old is the office? (Is it well insulated? Does it have lots of glass?)

What is this office used for: call center with a dense people and computer population, or something else with fewer people and computers?

Typical office cooling capacity ~ 400 sq. ft. per ton. Thus you'll need ballpark 73 tons cooling.

Thank u for your information.

The office is in Singapore and is 1 year old building. Existing is a cold shell and 2 side glass panet. Now they want to Will fit out 1 level (2,720m2) as a office for I.T. Staff, around 300 to 350 staff. Assume each staff will have 1 computer and 250 light fitting for the area.

I just need a ballpark cooling capacity.

Can I use as your calculation 400 sq. ft. per ton.

Thanks.
