Yet again, not enough information is provided in order to produce any valid answers to the question posed.

Please resubmit your question with the following required information, for starters: adequate detail, loads, spans, concrete strength, intended occupancy, reinforcement type, applicable concrete codes you will be following and adhering to during the design and construction, and your location, & wind and seismic loadings required, etc.
