If you have reached the level you claim then it is not a simple engineer to give you an answer you can imagine by yourself the application.

Actually, it's simple. Buildings are not blackbody radiators. There are no zero energy buildings; people that claim to have one have merely shipped their carbon footprint elsewhere, usually out of sight. Saying so don't make it so.
