How close can buried HDPE gas pipeline be installed to high voltage electricity cables?

I have no idea about the spacing, but you do need to be much more specific about the kind of high voltage cable and what you mean by 'high voltage'.

Depending on the field, 'high voltage' can imply very different values. I suspect you are talking about 10 or 12 kV, but have no way of being sure.

Consult your local codes!
