Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but these folks:

are THE experts in machinery/piping/... vibration. They may even be able to put you onto someone if they don't handle what you are talking about.

Perfect! Thank you! If I can find a few more competitors I'd be set.

I located an individual I am working with on a confidential basis who is an expert / Phd in Nonlinear Vibrations specifically with fluid structures. Very sharp, excellent communication skills!

It will be tough to find equals to engdyn in their respective field.
