hi friends i have reliance vs drive electric in dc drive week end off the motor and again motor start have long time take to run i put one 100 w bulp to provide the drive panel please remedy problem any one have idea
Very difficult to understand the question, but I'll try.
You have a Variable Speed Reliance drive for a DC motor and the start-up and stop times are too long (slow to start and slow to stop). Is that correct?
I'll assuming the drive, motor, and load are appropriately matched (it's NOT a 1 hp drive for a 5 hp motor on 200 hp rock crusher).
There should be a start/stop ramp time parameter which may be set too long for your application. Adjustment for this parameter could be a few jumpers, a rotary pot, or under software control.
There is also a peak current limit parameter which may be set too low. It probably has a similar adjustment control as the ramp time.
Changing one or both of these parameters could fix your problem. Need more info for more suggestions. Good luck.
