You mean an engine?

No, it has to be a mechanical assembly much like a crankshaft to piston rod (rotary to linear ) but in a reverse motion-linear as the master to continuous rotary as slave.

By the way, the reciprocating linear motion is driven by an outside force to be converted to a continuous rotary mode. Thanks.

That's the way an engine works!

The most important thing we need to know now is what the driving force is? - will it be single or double acting? and then the speed - engine manufacturers would possibly be a start, if the driving force is fluid.

To balance the system and avoid stalling at the extreme ends, more than one driver should be attached to the rotary motion.
