Universal Relay Test Sets

i have only seen ISA relay testing.. but the sad thing is, i forgot to ask the disadvantages about it.

the good thing though is that.. it has already test sets for protective relays.

for me.. whatever tester you had, the essence is that you have to know what that tester is doing during the testing process..

what we have here though, is Doble F6150 is already enough for us..
