Please rephrase your inquiry as a coherent inquiry.

Exactly what is it you would like to know?

Can you explain what you mean by "breathing inserts"?

I think he means the inlet orifice for blowing air into the parison to inflate it to match the mould cavity.

Can you explain what you mean by "breathing inserts"?

Nearest I could find it may be an "airway" tube sometimes used with unconscious persons to insure they do not "swallow their tongue"

Seems to me it would be far simpler use the rejects, or whatever he has in mind to redoo in some way, as feed for the blow molding machine.

Or perhaps he means the mold vent inserts that let the air out from between the parison and mold face. I would suggest looking up molding supply shops such as IMS.

He's refering to the mold vent inserts that let the air out , I did not know if there is an "standard" but you may look at mold tooling shops, any other idea?

I'm refering to the small holes in the surface of blowed molded parts, not bottles but other parts.
