How Do I Sell My IPR?

I am involved in launching new filtration equipment designed and being patented by me. I already have a working prototype put to actual production trials. Recently WIPO has issued affirmative Report on Patentability. I need to raise money for my local activity. I have therefore, decided to sell my international IPR at throw away prices for countries other than India, the country of my domicile.

What are the safe global options available to me for quick results? How do I use various net platforms? Are these dot.coms really able to generate results?
