IN SOME OF THE DRAWING SHOWS NER SOME OF THE DRAWING SAY NGR BOTH OR CORRECT OR IF ANY TECHNICAL CLARIFICATION ?

Earthing (European) = Grounding (North American)

NER - Neutral Earthing Resistor (European) = NGR – Neutral Grounding Resistor (North American)

Based on you location, find which one applies to your drawing and correct accordingly.
