Isolation Transformers and No-Load Losses

my friend is designing 470v/240v,12500 VA isolation transformer with 0.5mm thickness CRNO Lamination strips with 1.45 Tesla How might be its result?

First, your "friend" should be asking questions, not you. Your friend will be able to answer our questions about cryptic acronyms and design characteristics. Your friend has the responsibility to design this transformer, not you. Asking a public blog to support your concerns or to explain your friend's design makes me wonder about your integrity.

Second, a 1.45 Tesla flux will not saturate a well designed transformer but this will be close to saturating the core if the correct core material has been selected. This can be a deliberate choice though to limit the maximum amount of energy than can be coupled to the secondary circuit.

Let your friend do his/her job!
