An internet search of "DIN 28006-2" produced the answer!

If you wanted a free version you are likely out of luck (although you could try http://openpdf.com, but I don't know how legal it is). Regardless, you SHOULD purchase it from one of the approved standards websites.

Try DIN.DE. It's the german web site for DIN specs. Be prepared to pay.
