What Materials are Wind Turbine Blades Made of?

They can be made of all most anything. The old ones where made from many types of wood.

Now they are mostly made of fiberglass or carbon fiber or a mixture of both. Some can be made of aluminum as will.

The surfaces are usually painted so what ever material was used underneath them really does not matter for the most part.
