What happens if single core 630sq.mmXLPE 33kvcable, multiple earthed at every 100 meters?

I tried to give a answer when you grounded it a lot shorter. But why you give us only this little info? Is it a ground cable with HV insulation and armored shield? Or do you use it in a different application? Explain please.
