I want to know what is the difference between FEA(FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS) and FEM(FINITE ELEMENT METHOD)

Google - and click the first hit. But then this is I think taught now a days in the engineering syllabii - at least our new recruits come in with basic knowledge of this aspect.
