Effective procedure for fan baseframe checking

Dear All,

I would like to know whether there is some kind of checklist when the base frame of an industrial fan is to be checked - from electrical, safety or mechanical point of view. This fan and its motor will be mounted on the common base frame and then the assembly shall be fixed onto a concrete foundation using anchor bolts.
