control diagrams for star-delta/ dol starters are very commonly available with the manufacturers of switchgear suppliers like ABB,Siemens, Schneider. in their product catalogs. just send me your mail id and i will forward a catalog of siemens contactor where the control circuit is available.

pls am having serious problem with my three phase 17.5kw starter circuit cos it kept burning my coil and shutting down my operation. i would appreciate it if i can get a good circuit. my email is omofowowe@yahoo.com.

check your control circuit. whether the components used are as per type-2 coordination??? whether the voltage rating of of contactor correctly selected and used.. for what application is the starter used.. industrial or residential???? unless your control scheme is not understood properly.. difficult to suggest a solution.

it is for industrial purpose and is mainly used for compressor for blowing pet bottles. the motor rating is 17.5kva.
