Crime Branch Officer? As in Crime Branch CID of India?
If yes, this link http://cidwestbengal.gov.in/information-cid-hand-books.php will let you inspect a number of CID handbooks. These are from Bengal, India, but similar info is available for several other provinces.
I find it interesting there seems to be no toggle between english and hindi at this site!
