Manufacturing Thin-Wall Metal Bellows

I wish to manufacture thin wall metal bellows from 10mm to 100mm with multiple corrugations with narrow Pitch and High convoluations and in Omega shape.

I would like to arrive at an arrangement with any individual who can assist in completely set up of the manufacturing facilities in India.

Are you needing this capability for Industrial or Aerospace end items? Are you looking for end items with specific mechanical or pneumatic spring rates? Or merely couplings? The precision that you require will determine which processes you need to develope. I have worked in this industry for 20 years and may be able to assist you.
