The Science of Coffee

if u want to wait to drink your coffee but u still want it to be hot when you drink it do you put the cream in right away of wait a few minutes

When you put the cream in doesn't matter. What matters is the temperature of the cream and how long you let the coffee sit for (also the temperature of the environment will change how quickly the coffee cools).

This problem (and various solutions - including advanced computer modelling) has been around for awhile and is posted all over the 'net, here is one example:
