04/27/2010 8:25 PM

Hello,

I manage to do all the almost all the parts except the last 3 bits..

Am just practising for exams and i got xams in 3 hours,can anyone hekp me out quickly.

Below is the question and what i did.

1) assuming synchronous speed = 1500 rmp as i cant find any other way to find the synchronous speed

2)Ns = (120f)/p

i get P= u poles

3) Pout = ( 2 x pie x n x T)/60

I get T = 14.90 Nm

4) % slip = ((ns-n) x 100)/ns = 6%

5) slip =(ns-n)/ns = 0.06

f' = s x f = 3Hz

6(a) 0 RPM

6(b) 1410 RMP

7) 0 RPM

8 , 9 and 10 i need help.. can anyone give me the steps and formulas... i really running out of time..

thaks
