A lot of refrigeration companies do this.

They make large reinforced steel outside shells that open into two part. They insert a steel lining on each half, close it up and fill with urethan foam. There are small plastic projection glued to the steel that are expanded where they end up deep in the foam. These prevent the foam from separating from the steel(or aluminum, or ABS sheet plastic).

So if you have a company that does this near you, you can go to them and ask them to make these for you or you can ask to see how they do it. If you do not look like you will enter the refrigerator business, they may let you look at their process.

Thank very much for idea but unfortunately I don't have any company which is in refrigeration biz.I comprehended the general idea but I need some explanation of production process like how to produce EVA , from which components, etc, and from what I 've seen frigo panels are produced from different material(is it true?)

Polyurethane materials are 2 part polyemers.Part 1 is a ISOcynate and part 2 is a polyol.

They are mixed at a specific ratio and poured into a tool.

They can produce either Foam or solid materials in a range of hardnesses.

In order to get good consistant foam there is an amout of capital equipment required, such as mixing equipment, foaming tools... etc.

Companies such as Huntsman Polyurethanes manufacture and supply the materials.

I've recently run across something called a structural insulated panel or SIP. They use a technique similar to what you are talking about. However, it seems that they are using mainly urethane foam or expanded polystyrene. You might search SIP's and get in contact with a manufacturer near by.
