Don't give us too much information.

Check the fuel delivery system. Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the ignition key on? Does it run for a few seconds then shut off. (don't crank the motor when you do this)

Is the timing set properly? Do the valves open at the correct piston position and firing sequence?

Battery fully charged?

Does it take too much time and brain to think about a title for your post?

I rebuilt a Fiat motor once, replaced a lot of stuff. When done, the motor would not start, good spark, fuel to carb, strong starter. Drug it around the yard with a tractor, no start. Went to my mechanic, said, "I timed it perfectly to cylinder # one, got fuel, etc., what is the problem". "It times to cylinder four, dummy".

Check your specs. It's easy to be 180 degrees out, too.
