Dell Dock Problem - Inspiron 1545

Dear all,

I have a Dell laptop inspiron 1545.

my dell dock is not opening since yesterday. It generates a error report and asking to send to dell support, but unable to send the same.

And i downloaded new dock setup from dell and installed the same, that also having same problem.

kindly suggest me what to do to recover my dell dock.

Get out your installation/recovery disk. That should do the trick. Sorry about your getting stuck with the Inspiron 1500 series unit. Not one of Dell's success stories. Did they ever fix the icon duplication defect with the dock?

Get out your installaton/restoration disk should take care of the problem.

Sorry to hear the stuck you with on of the Inspiron 1500 series; not one of Dell's success stories.

BTW, have they fixed the icon duplication problem with the Dell dock programming yet?

How long before you went to using mouse because of the design flaw in the touch pad?
