Cheap Pressure Gauge for Liquid Measuring 60-100 psi

A few weeks ago I read about a new cheap pressure gauge for liquid measuring till 60-100 psi. I can not find the document. I'd be happy if somebody could refer me to him or another similar product. Thanks in advance yonasenesh@gmail.com
