Education:

• English language

• Experienced Environmental, Health, Safety and Training Manager

Description:

He will be responsible for all environmental related functions. Look after FGD, Ash handling and disposal or utilization system, wastewater treatment and recycling system. Monitor environmental emissions and prepare required Reports. Manage environmental monitoring stations in and around plant area and analyze all results. Laise with all statutory authorities for all environmental matters. Highlight all environmental parameters of plant operation. Develop environmental control systems at the plant in terms of maintaining site conditions as well as stack emissions control.He will implement first aid and assure availability of fire fighting equipment at all times.- emission control procedures- emission monitoring- safety rules and procedures- fire fighting rules and procedures- staff qualification- definition of training needs- initiating of training measures- control of success training measures

Leadership qualification

• Strong leadership

• Structuring and organisation of the discipline

• Co-ordinating with all Departments

• Supervision and monitoring of the work done by the employees

• Interdisciplinary co-operation with different departmentsProfessional experience

• 10 years knowledge in the field of HSE and Training

• Experience in leadership

Duration: 3-5 years

Location: Germany/India

Start: ASAP
