How do you Calibrate a Ultrasonic Flow Transmitter?

Put a known flow through it and adjust it to agree with the actual flow. Then put a cal sticker on it.

Alternatively , Run with another Volumetric meter in series, in a loop pump around. Or if you have a weigher, collect what ever goes thru the meter into a drum on the weigher, GREAT Care required if you wants high accuracy.

Give us some more detail. Is it one of those common ultrasonic doppler velocity probes or a true "flow" meter?

It depends on if the values derived need to be traceable to some standard. If so, you might need to submit it to a qualified lab or service and let them certify it. If not, contact the manufacturer's tech support and get their input because not all flow meters are the same.
