I am looking for Grouting material specification. Preferably epoxy resin compound.

Application : Grouting for soleplate & anchor bolts.

Can someone advise on this?

Please browse and net search for the grout, usually subject to environment conditions (not only chemically) but also water, thermal etc, there are recommendations for specific grade and type that manufacturers give.

There are many out there and you need to google for yourself, but one that I have used extensively is Chockfast (usual disclaimers and no, I do not work for them).

Try EPCON anchoring epoxy, by Red Head. I have used it on anchor bolts for metal buildings, etc. The Army Corp. even approved for our metal buildings on military installations. They have four or five different types, slow curing to fast, and some in between. I think you will be satisfied.

I developed epoxy materials for grouts, anchor bolts, etc. It has been years now... Request a copy ( $10? or so ) of general construction requirements from your state's DOT (Dept of Transportation). The hand book typically includes 4-10 grades of grouts, adhesives requirements, including tensile strength, cure time, etc. Generally, southern states want a slower cure time than northern states. There are also winter vs. summer grades, etc. There are variations between the states based upon the gravel types, sand, concrete common usage in each state, etc. There are other industry standard specs out there, which I am too lazy to search for, in my old buried notes. Good Luck. Joe M

We've used the Embeco grout for the OP's application all over the US, Canada, South America and many other parts of the world. It's designed this and you may mix it dry everywhere.
