B-30 Concrete

What is B-30 concrete? what does "B" mean? How does it differ from M-30 concrete used in india.

B30 it is concrete in Russian standard, probably. B is mean "beton" (concrete in France), 30 (MPa) is guaranteed (with 0.95 percentile) strength of cube 150x150x150mm. It is about C35 in EC2, as I remember. I don't know what is mean "M-30", but B30 is not equal to Russian mark of concrete M300. B30 is approximately equal Russian mark of concrete M400. 400 (kg/cm^2) is middle strength of cube 150x150x150mm.
