◇Purpose
Applicable for extrusion and dewatering all kinds of synthetic rubber such as Polybutadiene rubber, CBR, solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber , isoprene rubber, emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber , acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber , epichlorohydrin rubber，SBS, and CSM etc during post treatment. After the rubber with 40-60% water content is treated through this equipment, the volatile content at outlet is 8-12%.

◇Features：

(1)Non-cage bar advanced extrusion dewatering machine: Designed with non -cage bar structure, without rubber leakage, and no need to clean up.

(2) Screw rod design: Designed with complicated shape with combined subsection, multi-pitch, and multi-screwed section (discontinuous), of which outer circle for the two screwed sleeve on head is spray-welded with wear resistant hard alloy.

(3) Auxiliary expansion function: The head screwed rod is designed with additional expansion function to strengthen dewatering effect.

(4) Both ends of the screwed rod are designed with supporting mechanism to avoid chamber scavenging.

(5) Online automatic pressure and output regulating mechanism: Online regulation may be made for opening area rate of the moulding plate as per output requirements for purpose of changing pressure inside the machine and control of dewatering effect. An advanced pressure regulating mechanism features simply structure, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

(6) A draw-out water draining box is designed under the feeding hopper to discharge water. However, the rubber granules may be recoverable. Two removable water drainage ports with grills are also designed under the conical shell for purpose of cleaning up the material clogged.

(7) Control system: Designed with local and remote changeover control, dynamically displaying running status, online detection of faults, alarm by level. The control system features easy operation, improved function, and friendly HMI.
