Frequent Failure of Bearing Kiln- Cooler ID Fan

sir,

we have kiln id fan is there capacity 3,50,000 m3/hr st.pr.80mmwg bearing size: 23230cc3/w33 . the problem is start with axial vibration and strat horizontal vibration, & vertical vibration , the problem is not our hand axial increase, or horizontal increase

bearing will failure

last three years

the bearing life will come 25 to 35 days

sub: frequent failure of drive and non drive side failure

we have kiln cooler id fan capacity is 3,50,000 m3/hr st. pr.80mmwg , fan is double inlet suction, bearing size 23230cc/w33 , 1st week the vibration with in the limits and then start vibration is increase and temperature is increase , grease is HTXX servo gem. please the give the solution ,
